We service and repair import & domestic cars, light trucks, gasoline and diesel engines.We offer free pickup and delivery of vehicles (in town) and courtesy cars for customer convenience. 24 hr towing is available as well as before & after hrs pickup or drop off of your vehicle. Our commitment to quality & service shows in our staff, facility, leading edge technology, and training. We stand behind our service & parts by offering a 24 months / 24,000 mile nationwide warranty. Making things right

This review is for a return visit. Original oil change done resulted in multiple issues. Rum River Automotive did a number of things, including replacing my oil plug, cleaning the oil mess from underneathmy vehicle, and new oil/filter change. Additionally, they said they would make it right, should there be any further issues (and documented it on file). Transparency was important. They owned what happened and said they will make sure to monitor/follow-up, as well.

Had a tire that went flat 3 days in a row… “fixed” the valve stem but that was not the issue and had to return to the shop the next day after IT WENT FLAT AGAIN. You guys corrected the issue, apologized for missing the clearly obvious issue, and did it right by me with no issues. Work was quick and greatly appreciated.

I was referred to Rum River Automotive by a friend who said Rum River Automotive has always done a good job and is reasonably priced. Based on that, I brought my newly purchased Chevy truck in for inspection and any needed repairs. Needed repairs were identified and a quote was provided. The work was done quickly, I was kept in the loop the entire time. I really appreciate the availability Tom provided through text message. He was clear and direct the whole time. He came in under his quote! I’ll highly recommend Rum River Automotive and I will be returning again.
